Proposed stand for rapid (3 – 5 minutes) the diagnosis of complicated vacuum systems that include 2 or more vacuum pumps connected in series.

The stand is designed to diagnose vacuum pump difficult vacuum systems (hereinafter sun) before starting technological operations (aircraft) use.

This operation will allow to a greater extent to exclude marriage because the vacuum system in a complex technological operations.

For 3 – 5 minutes stand will evaluate the technical status of each included in the armed forces of the pump.

The information will be displayed at the Customer's convenience. The information includes a graph of the performance of the vacuum pump from the inlet pressure.

At the request of the Customer will be given information of the actual characteristics of each pump in relation to the certified characteristics, in percent.

On customer request it is possible to remove the extra parameters.

The stand can be performed in stationary (for individual aircraft) and can be mounted in the control rack of the sun and in a figurative (to evaluate the aircraft in case if the Customer is not one).

       Below is a variant of the display information on the status of the vacuum pumps of the existing aircraft.

The stand can be designed and manufactured to meet individual Customer requirements with the required accuracy of measurements.

The stand is accompanied by original software with updates and completion to individual requirements of the customer.

With the stand it is possible to estimate the conductivity and resistance of complex real vakuumatorom.

The stand is compact and can be made in the form of a portable unit.
