Vacuum pumps RUVAC roots blower also known as roots blower blowers represent rotary plunger type pumps where two symmetric impeller rotate in opposite directions in the pump housing. Roots blower pumps are used when large volumes of pumped environment. In combination with a backing pump, creating a vacuum from the atmospheric pressure, pumps of this type allow up to 10-fold improvement in the values reach the limit pressure. When using the pump of the roots blower and a corresponding backing pump it is possible to achieve pressures in the range of 10-5 mbar (0.75х10-5 Torr). In terms of layout engine RUVAC pumps are available in different forms.
