Rotary vane vacuum pumps LEYBOLD
Two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps TRIVAC B is part of the well-proven vacuum pump model TRIVAC. Vacuum pumps TRIVAC B due to the presence of various additional elements have long been known as a reliable, undemanding to the environment solution for generating vacuum in various applications. Achieve ultimate pressure of 10-4 mbar. The speed of action depending on the pump size, starting with the TRIVAC D 4 B to TRIVAC D 65 B is from 4 to 65 m3/h.
For use of equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres require pumps special designs, which correspond to the European standards 94/9/EC (ATEX Directive). Pumps of series TRIVAC B-ATEX meet the ATEX Directive (category 3 inside and 3 outside). Vacuum pumps TRIVAC D 16 B-Ex meet the requirements of the ATEX Directive (category 1 inside and 2 outside). Thus, the pumps are suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The specialists of our enterprise "SPLAV" will perform a quality repair in a short time, vosstanovyat passport factory technical charcateristic vacuum pumps LEYBOLD whole model range, will make commissioning work.

Single stage, rotary vane pumps oil sealed SOGEVAC
Principle of operation:
In the working chamber of the pump is an eccentric rotor, equipped with three plates (vanes) that divide the volume of the working chamber into multiple cavities. When the rotor rotates, the volume of the cavity, the cutoff dampers , periodically change. The gas suction occurs by increasing the volume of the cavity, open toward the intake window. Before entering the working chamber the gas passes through the dirt trap and the open shut-off valve. Further rotation of the rotor isolates the cavity from the inlet window. The rotor continues to rotate, which causes the decrease in the volume of the isolated cavity and the compression of gas.Further rotation of the rotor opens a sealed cavity in the side exhaust ports, and gas under pressure above atmospheric is produced through the exhaust valve. The oil that is supplied into the working chamber of the pump, serves to lubricate and cool the pump and also seals the cavities, cut off vanes. Oil entering the exhaust gas in the process of pump operation, pre-separated in the bottom of the oil Carter. In-line mounted float valve , preventing gas from atmospheric pressure into the pump suction .The oil circulation in the pump is provided by a pressure difference between the oil sump (above atmospheric ) and suction nozzle (below atmospheric).
